Food and Scientific Reports (FSR) is a monthly multidisciplinary technical electronic magazine of food, agriculture and allied sciences ISSN 2582-5437. The magazine is intended as a medium for communication and discussion of important issues that concern agriculture, food and scientific activities. The Food and Scientific Reports aims to publish all the latest and outstanding popular and technical articles related to food, agriculture, horticulture, animal science, fishery, veterinary, and other life sciences as well as articles related to economy, management, society, environment, and policy. The purpose of this platform is to encourage the researchers, research minded students and scholars to express their ideas and opinions and to help them byshaping and presentingtheir ideas to the global readers and scientific community.
