This article explained the benefits, mode of action, and treatment method of Trichoderma spp. in sustainable agriculture production system. The chemical-based pesticides are used in a very large extent in agriculture, it control plant diseases very effectively and suppress plant pathogens but these are very hazardous for environment and caused the resistance in pathogens. Trichoderma can be a very good alternative for these chemical pesticides as it can control and manage plant pathogens, diseases and so increase plant growth. It is used in seed treatment, foliage treatment, soil treatment and nursery treatment etc in different doses and protects them from various soil born diseases.
