ABSTRACT

Climate change is an omnipresent concern across the globe. One of major component of climate change is global warming and the main culprit behind global warming is Carbon dioxide. Out of many sources soil is one of the sources for carbon dioxide but at the same time it is also vital sink. This article focuses on how a significant source like soil act as sink and what are its limitation as a sink. Thus finding out how effective is soil in mitigating global warming.
