ABSTRACT

Statistics lead with collection, presentation, analysis and interpretation of data in a meaningful manner. The subject Statistics is inevitable in every arena of research to execute and end. The statistics is dealing with all type of information but ideal with numeric(s) and its quality. The requirement of statistics varies with situations and time boundaries of research. The main divisions of statistics are Design of Experiments, Regression analysis, Multivariate analysis, Sampling, Modeling and Forecasting, Genetics etc. This article enables to provide enlightenment on utility of statistics in sericultural research.
