ABSTRACT

Plants traditionally have presented a number of possibilities to treat human diseases. The great metabolic potential of plants has enabled the manufacturing of medicinal compounds which have served to treatment of many diseases and now the plant technologies are employed toward COVID-19 therapy. Plant biotechnology also gets blessings from the unique benefits of plant life for the expression of proteins that can be used as therapeutics, such as vaccines.
