Most of the old generic pesticides molecules exhibit higher toxicity towards environment and its components. Hence, there is urgent needs of the replacement for older molecules by newer molecules, which have higher bioefficacy and lower toxicity to human health. Heterocyclic molecules showed better bio efficacy against different plant pathogenic fungi. So, higher emphasis could be given on synthesis of novel heterocyclic molecules for management of different pest and diseases. For synthesised of novel molecules there are many novel techniques can be used. Microwave assisted synthesis is the one of the popular techniques for development of new molecules. Research work for developing the new molecules for disease and pest management must be initiated rather than using already available molecules to avoid the chemical load on environment.
