Mushroom: A Nutritious Food and Potential Benefits

Mushroom is a nutritious food, demanding worldwide as a complete food. It contains a higher proportion of proteins that are not generally present in vegetables and fruits. In addition, it is a rich source of important minerals such as selenium, potassium, calcium require in metabolic activities; vitamins viz., riboflavin, niacin, vitamin-D, and fibers which are essential to human body for proper functioning. All together mushrooms have important health benefits use to treat many disease, Hypertension, Heart stroke, Alzheimer, Diabetes and also helpful in increase in immune responses against viruses and bacteria.
