Microgreens: A new style of farming

ABSTRACT

In a recent study, most scientists found that food quality decreases unintentionally for providing sufficient food to every person in the world. Due to a decrease in food quality, lots of diet diseases occur in the last two decades. To reduce these diseases, agriculture scientists developed a new farming style microgreens. The production of microgreens is advanced farming in agriculture. It is the stage between sprout and baby green. Most of the studies found that microgreens of different
species are more nutritious than their fully mature vegetables. According to the survey, microgreens fulfilled the nutritional value in the food and reduced the diet-disease.
