Greenhouse gas, its management and carbon credit

Greenhouse gas effect is an essential evil, without which there will be no existence of the life on the planet earth and which in excess causes global warming. In order to reduce the greenhouse gas emission, the Kyoto Protocol was held at Japan in the year 1997, which introduced the concept of carbon credit. There are mainly three mechanisms of generating the carbon credit under Kyoto Protocol, these are International emissions trading, Clean development mechanism and Joint implementation. There are mainly two methods in reducing greenhouse gas emission i.e., reduction and carbon sequestration.
