ABSTRACT
Aquaponics represents the bio-integration of hydroponics and aquaculture systems, where, fish, microbes , and plants grow together and form an eco-friendly aquatic environment. Aquaponics conserve the eco-biodiversity through sustainable nutritional recycling and prevention of waste disposal into the environment. In this food-growing system, bacteria convert the aquaculture waste (NH3) into accessible nutrients, which later on used by the growing plants.
