ABSTRACT

COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we communicate and dairy is no exception. Communications within the dairy sector need a futuristic purview in building the resilience of the system to cope up with future pandemics. The authors attempt to explain how communication dynamics have changed citing examples from the field and the challenges that need to be addressed to help build the capacity of the system to withstand the pressure imposed by triple whammy – climate change, malnutrition and a pandemic.
