Quality Fish Production through Dietary Interventions

People have been increasingly concerned about the quality and nutritional value of their food in recent decades, preferring high-quality, nutrient-rich products in their diet. Fish is one of the nutrient-rich food items, and its demand is increasing as the world`s population grows. Fish is more susceptible to deterioration due to their high moisture and fat content. The nutritional profile and quality of fish can be enriched through nutritional interventions. Additionally, incorporating antioxidants and pigments in fish diets can assist prolonging the shelf life of fish.
