ABSTRACT

Iron and Molybdenum play important roles in Plant Nutrition. It helps in synthesis of chlorophyll, synthesis of proteins constituents of the chloroplast. It plays a catalytic role in activities of several enzymes and regulates respiration, photosynthesis and reduction of nitrates and sulphates. Molybdenum plays an important role in nitrogen metabolism and also involved in phosphate and iron metabolism.
